Bangkok Business Support Center: A Decade of Quality Service

In an era of global change and market volatility, Exxon Mobil Corporation chose Bangkok to house one of its business support centers with the establishment of ExxonMobil Limited. In 2003, Bangkok Business Support Center was established to provide ExxonMobil affiliates in Thailand and overseas with a wide range of services including accounting, payroll, procurement, human resources, information technology, retail operations, customer services, and sales promotion activities. Suda Ninvoraskul, Bangkok BSC manager, tells how and why this center has been successful in the past ten years.
