RETIREMENT
Oluseyi Afolabi retires O luseyi Afolabi, Executive Director, Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN); Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Ltd. (EEPNL); Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria (Offshore East) Ltd and General Manager, Business Development retires after 28 years of meritorious service.
(Dec 2009 - July 2010); Mgr, Construction Support, EMDC, Houston (Aug 2010 - June 2012); GM, Project Support (June 2012 - Aug 2015); GM, Business Development, Upstream Nigeria, Commercial (Oct 2015 - March 2017) Seyi was elevated to the Board of Mobil Producing Nigeria as an Executive Director in July 2012. In December 2015, Sheyi was also appointed to the Board of
EEPNL and EEPNL (Offshore East). She was also a member of the Upstream Nigeria Extended Leadership Team, Leadership Development Committee and Advisory Committee member of the EM Women Interest Network (WIN). She will be fondly remembered by her favorite mentoring words; "Maintain Clear Line of Sight to Company's Bottom-line."
Sheyi joined MPN in 1989 as Reservoir Engineer and during the period of her career, has held several key organizational positions, including the following: GM, Plans & Programs/New Business Development (Oct 2003 - Sept 2005); GM, Commercial & Nigeria Content (Sept 2005 - Feb 2008); GM, Projects Development (Feb 2008 to Nov 2009) Senior Technical Advisor, Project Management and Execution, ExxonMobil Development Company (EMDC), Houston
