2015 Esso Challenge – Innovative Internship: 10 weeks of friendship Throughout 10 weeks of the “2015 Esso Challenge - Innovative Internship,” 34 junior students from universities nationwide worked in various functions in Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited and other ExxonMobil affiliates, and gained working experience. Aside from the opportunity to gain special skills on teamwork, leadership, management, creative thinking, and effective communications, they also learned to build friendship.

บรรยากาศภายในหองประชุมของเอสโซในเชา วันนั้นแตกตางไปจากทุกวัน เสียงหัวเราะที่ดังเปน ระยะๆ คุยกันไป ยิ้มกันไป ของใบหนาที่เต็มไปดวย รอยยิ้มของนองๆ ทั้ง ๓๔ คน นิสิตนักศึกษา จาก มหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศ ที่ไดเขามาฝกงานอยาง สรางสรรค ในโครงการ Esso Challenge - Innovative Internship ที่บริษัท เอสโซ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัทในเครือเอ็กซอนโมบิลในประเทศไทย จัดขึ้น อยางตอเนื่องเปนปที่ ๑๑ เพื่อสรางพลังคนรุนใหม ใหพรอมเติบโตสูความเปนมืออาชีพในการทำงานจริง ภายใตแนวคิด “Energy is Growth”
